Since 2017, Milimetry has designed and built collapsible event carts, mobile bars, counters and host stands in its workshop in Kraków, Poland, for brand activations, coffee and drink service, sampling and pop-up stores. The range covers three types: carts (16), counters (6) and host stands (2). Every model is made to order in any RAL or NCS colour and can be personalised with your logo. FAQ

1. What is the difference between a cart, a counter and a host stand?

Carts are mobile units on wheels, often with a canopy, built for selling, serving and sampling at events and markets. Counters are sales and checkout counters for a stand, shop or pop-up. Host stands are small, light stands for welcome desks, reception points and brand presentations. Use the filter at the top of the comparison to see one type at a time.

2. Which model is best for a coffee cart or mobile coffee bar?

For espresso and coffee service, start with the Mobile Coffee Bar VC-12: it has a canopy, lockable storage and an optional gastronomic worktop that takes GN containers. If you need more space, the Mobile Activation Cart VC-34 offers the same options in a larger body with a 100 kg countertop load. For outdoor events and markets, the Big Wheel Drink Cart VC-33 rolls easily on its large wheels. All models with a gastronomic worktop are listed under "Show features and specifications of all models".

3. Which model works as a mobile bar for cocktails, wine or a mimosa bar?

Choose the Mobile Bar Cart VC-24 or the Wagon Bar Cart VC-25 for a compact bar with lockable storage, or the Large Oval Counter VC-28 when you want a long 165 cm countertop for serving. The Large Display Cart VC-29 gives you a large branded display and is also available as an Express version for short deadlines.

4. Which model is easiest to transport?

All models are collapsible. For frequent travel, compare three rows: weight, assembly time and the number of carry cases. Host stands are the lightest, while larger carts with a canopy weigh more and pack into more cases. The Foldable Event Cart VC-30 is the fastest to set up, in about 10 minutes.

5. How much weight can a cart carry?

Every countertop and shelf has its own load limit, listed in the Load capacity section. Check it if you plan to display heavy products such as bottles, jars or coffee equipment. The Event Cart with Canopy VC-37 and the Mobile Activation Cart VC-34 carry the most, up to 100 kg on the countertop.

6. Do all models have a 3D configurator?

No, only selected ones. The "3D configurator" row shows which, and all of them are collected in the Customise cart in 3D collection. On the other models you choose the colour from the RAL or NCS palette and upload your logo on the product page, and our designer sends you a mockup for approval before production.

7. How long does production take?

Every model is made to order. Most carts and counters are ready in 20 to 30 business days from your approval of the design proof, and the exact time for each model is shown on the product page and again in the cart. The Express versions of VC-26 and VC-29 are produced faster. If you have a fixed event date, check the date in the cart before you order or contact us.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to more than 35 countries. Carts ship in standard parcels, and carry cases are an optional add-on for storing and moving the cart between events. Orders to the United States ship DDP, so duties and import taxes are already included and nothing is charged on delivery.

9. Will I see my design before production?

Yes. Our designer prepares your logo for print free of charge and sends you a visual proof. Production starts only after you approve it.

10. Why does the comparison show a "from" price?

The final price depends on the options you choose, such as the countertop, canopy or personalisation. The comparison shows the starting price in your local currency, and the product page or configurator shows the full price before you add the cart to your basket.

11. Can I order several carts in matching branding?

Yes. Event agencies, rental companies and brands with several locations often order a whole set in one design. Increase the quantity in the cart, or contact us for a quote on larger orders.

12. Can I send my comparison to someone?

Yes. Your selection is saved in the page address, so you can copy the link and send it to your team or client. They will see the same models in the same order.
