Production time

We manufacture products in our workshop to order. Order processing time is up to 21 days for standard orders plus shipping time. We also maintain a small stock of our flagship products to be able to fulfill orders on the spot.
Most orders ship within 10 days.

Delivery across EU

Shipping is free for furniture and product bundles. For smaller accessories and boards the shipping cost is charged in the order cart depending on the order volume. We ship via FedEx, UPS, GLS or DPD couriers.

In the case of larger shipments to companies' warehouses, we can use pallet shipment. This type of shipment is agreed with the customer each time so as not to cause difficulties in unloading the pallet.

Delivery time is approximately 2-5 days plus production time if we don't have the product in stock.

Delivery to the United States & Canada

Shipping is free for furniture and product bundles. For smaller accessories and boards the shipping cost is charged in the order cart depending on the order volume. We mainly ship via FedEx International Priority service.

For delivery to Canada, local GST & PST taxes will be charged on delivery.

For shipments to the United States valued under $800, no additional customs fees will be charged.

Delivery to the United Kingdom

The shipping cost is charged in the order cart depending on the order volume. We mainly ship via FedEx.

In the UK, 20% VAT will be charged before the products are delivered by the carrier.

Delivery to Switzerland

The shipping cost is charged in the order cart depending on the order volume. We mainly ship via FedEx.

In the Switzerland, 7,7% Swiss VAT will be charged before the products are delivered by the carrier.

Delivery to Singapore, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia

Shipping price is charged depending on the order volume. We mainly ship via FedEx International Priority service.

Local rate Duty and GST (VAT) taxes and custom duty will be charged on delivery and collected by FedEx or UPS.
