It is a live tool that lets you build your cart on screen before ordering. You select the model, the color, and the branding, and the configurator shows the result in 3D from every angle. What you approve is what we build.
2. Which carts can I configure in 3D?
Every product in this collection is marked with the "Customize in 3D" label and can be configured live. We add new models to the configurator as they launch, so the collection grows over time. Carts outside this collection can still be personalized, just not previewed in 3D.
3. What can I change in the configurator?
Color across the whole structure from any RAL or NCS shade, your logo or graphics on the panels and logo boards. Canopy design on the models that have one. Most models also let you configure the countertop: a solid, uninterrupted worktop, or a layout built around gastronorm inserts for serving and food service. A counter riser is available on selected models, and some let you rearrange the modular shelving.
4. Can you match my exact brand color?
Yes, and there are two ways to do it. The configurator opens with a predefined RAL palette you can pick straight from, which is the quickest route if your brand color sits close to a standard shade. If it does not, switch to the color picker and dial in the exact tone from your brand guidelines. Because screens render color differently than paint, we always confirm the final shade with you before production.
5. Do I need artwork ready before I start?
If you have your logo files, upload them in the configurator and you will see your branding rendered on the model straight away, in your chosen color and on the exact panel it will be printed on. That is the fastest way to know how your cart will actually look. If you do not have files ready, order anyway: our designer will email you after purchase, collect the artwork, and send a final visualization for your approval before anything goes into production.
6. How much does a configured cart cost?
Each product page shows a starting price for the base model. The final price depends on the options you choose and updates live in the configurator as you build, so you always see the current total before adding to cart.
7. How long does production and delivery take?
Production and delivery times are listed on each product page and shown again in your cart, because they differ from model to model. You will see the timeline for your specific cart before you place the order.
8. Are these carts made to order?
Yes. Every configured cart is produced individually in our Polish workshop. Because they are made to your specification, they fall outside standard return rights, which is exactly why we confirm the design with you before production starts.
9. Can I order several carts in the same design?
Yes. Configure the cart once, then increase the quantity in your cart and every unit is produced in the same design. Bulk orders in matching branding are common for event agencies, rental fleets, and multi-location rollouts. For larger quantities, contact us and we will quote you.
