Production time
We craft our products to order in our workshop, ensuring each piece meets our high standards. While our maximum processing time is 21 days, most orders ship within 7 days, and some even immediately! We also keep a small stock of our flagship products for fast dispatch.

Eco-Friendly and Reliable Shipping
We take great pride in our eco-friendly packaging. Our products are packed flat using cardboard outer packaging and internal paper-based protections, reducing empty space and material use. This ensures your order arrives in pristine condition while being kind to the environment. Despite daily international shipments, our damage rate is remarkably low. We continuously refine our packaging methods, learning from any rare issues to provide you with even better service. Choose us for a greener, more reliable shipping experience!
Free shipping across EU over €200
We offer free shipping on orders over €200. For orders below €200, a shipping cost of €25 applies. All shipments are handled by FedEx or UPS couriers.
Delivery typically takes 2-5 days if the items are in stock.
For larger corporate orders, we provide pallet shipping after coordinating unloading capabilities with the customer.
Free shipping to the United States & Canada on orders over €200
We offer free shipping on orders over €200. For orders below €200, a shipping fee of €30 applies. We mainly ship via FedEx International Priority or UPS Express services.
United States
We ship to the United States under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, which means you won’t have to pay any additional customs duties or import charges when receiving your order.
All shipments from the European Union to the U.S. are now subject to a 15% import tariff, regardless of order value. Milimetry covers this tariff in full, so there are no surprise fees at checkout or upon delivery.
We work with trusted couriers (such as FedEx or UPS) to ensure fast and hassle-free customs clearance.
Canada
Thanks to the EU–Canada trade agreement (CETA), no customs duties apply to our products shipped to Canada.
Local sales taxes (such as GST, PST or HST, depending on the province) may still apply and will be collected by the courier upon delivery. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are a GST/HST-registered business in Canada, you may be eligible to claim input tax credits (ITCs) for the GST/HST paid at import.

Free shipping to the United Kingdom over €200
We offer free shipping on orders over €200. For orders below €200, a shipping cost of €25 applies. Please note that the minimum order value is €150. We mainly ship via FedEx or UPS.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, a local 20% VAT will apply and will be collected by the carrier. However, UK-registered businesses with a valid VAT number may be eligible to reclaim this VAT.

We offer free shipping on orders over €200. For orders below €200, a shipping cost of €30 applies. We mainly ship via FedEx or UPS.
For deliveries to Switzerland, a local 8.1% VAT will apply and will be collected by the carrier. However, Swiss-registered businesses with a valid VAT number may be eligible to reclaim this VAT.

We offer free shipping on orders over €1000. For orders below €1000, a shipping cost of €100 applies. We mainly ship via FedEx or UPS.

We offer free shipping on orders over €200. For orders below €200, a shipping cost of €40 applies. We mainly ship via FedEx or UPS.
