Event Carts

Mobile display carts built for brands that set up, pack down, and do it again next week. Our retail carts work as pop-up shops, sampling kiosks, merchandise stands, welcome desks, and mobile bars, wherever your product needs to be seen and your branding needs to travel with it.

Design your cart in 3D before you order. Selected models can be configured live: choose your color, upload your logo, and see it rendered on the actual model from every angle. Pick a shade from the RAL palette or use the color picker to match your brand exactly. Most models also let you configure the countertop, either as a smooth worktop or a layout built around gastronorm inserts such as coolers or bain-maries. The price updates as you build, so there is no quote to wait for.

Every cart is made to order in our workshop in Kraków and ships flat. Assembly is tool-free, using simple locking connections rather than fixings, and the whole structure breaks back down for storage between events. Lockable caster wheels mean you can reposition mid-event as guest flow changes. Built for repeated use across trade shows, retail activations, festivals, corporate events, and in-store sampling.

FAQ

1. What are display carts used for?

They work as mobile retail units, sampling and tasting stations, beverage and cocktail bars, merchandise displays, welcome desks, and product showcase kiosks. The same cart typically serves several of these roles across a season, which is why the modular models are the most popular.

2. Can I customize a cart with my branding?

Yes, on every cart. On models with the 3D configurator you do it yourself before ordering: choose the color, upload your logo, and see it rendered on the model from every angle. Every other cart has an upload field for your logo or artwork on the product page, so you can attach your files as you order. If you do not have them to hand, send them to our designer afterwards instead, and if the artwork needs preparing for print, they will help you get it ready.

3. Can you match my exact brand color?

Yes, on every cart, though the route differs. On models with the 3D configurator, start from the predefined RAL palette or switch to the color picker to dial in your exact tone, and watch it appear on the model as you build. On the rest, choose any shade from the RAL or NCS palette when you order, and our designer will confirm the exact color with you afterwards and send a mockup for approval before anything goes into production. Pantone or Benjamin Moore references work too: send them over and we match the closest paint shade. Because screens render color differently than paint, we always confirm the final shade with you first.

4. What are the carts made of?

Plywood, with solid wood elements on some designs. Materials vary by model and the exact build is listed on each product page. Wood gives a warmer, more premium look than plastic or metal display stands, and it

5. How long does assembly take?

Most carts go up in around 25 minutes with no tools, using locking connections. Larger models with canopies take longer, and the time for each cart is noted on its product page.

6. How do the carts travel and store?

Every cart breaks down flat into compact components, so it fits in a car boot or standard shipping crate and stores flat between events. Padded carry cases are available as an add-on and can be printed with your logo, which is worth it if the cart travels often and you want the components protected.

7. Can I move the cart during an event?

Yes. All carts run on lockable caster wheels, so you can reposition to follow guest flow and lock them in place once you are set.

8. Can I change the cart after I buy it?

Yes, and for most people the point is a new look rather than extra parts. Order a second logo board, canopy, or front panel printed with different artwork, swap it in, and the same cart reads as a different setup: one campaign this season, another the next, without touching the structure or buying a second cart. Which elements are available depends on the model, and each product page lists what fits that cart. On modular models you can change the function too, turning a merchandise display into a coffee station or a tasting booth.

9. How much does a cart cost?

Each product page shows a starting price for the base model. On carts with the 3D configurator, the final price updates live as you build, so you always see the current total before adding to cart. On the rest, the price depends on the variant you select on the product page, and updates as you choose.

10. How long until it arrives?

Production and delivery times differ by model and are shown on each product page, then again in your cart, so you see the timeline for your specific configuration before ordering.

11. Can I order several carts in matching branding?

Yes. Configure the cart once, then increase the quantity in your cart and every unit is produced in the same design. This is the usual route for event agencies, rental fleets, and multi-location rollouts. For larger quantities, contact us and we will quote you.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to over 35 markets. Carts ship flat in protective packaging, and delivery costs and times for your country are shown at checkout.
