Description

Designed for modern food & beverage activations, pop-up cafés, tasting experiences and coffee bars, this fully customizable event cart combines premium aesthetics with practical functionality and professional-grade mobility.

The cart features a lockable storage compartment with an integrated door, providing convenient space for cups, ingredients, packaging, products, or personal belongings during service and events.

Using the configurator, you can fully customize the visual appearance of the cart to match your brand identity, campaign, or event concept. The wooden frame and countertop are available in natural wood, coffee-stained wood, or any custom RAL / NCS color. The cart body can also be finished in coffee-stained wood or any custom color finish, allowing you to create a fully cohesive branded setup.

The canopy can be configured as:

  • plain fabric canopy,
  • striped canopy,
  • or a fully custom-printed canopy with your own graphics.

Additional branding options include custom canopy logos and front panel prints, making this cart ideal for brand activations, sampling campaigns, retail pop-ups, and experiential marketing events. Despite its premium appearance, the cart is lightweight, collapsible, and designed for tool-free assembly, allowing quick setup by a single person. The flat-pack construction ensures easy transportation and compact storage between events.

Large decorative wheels make repositioning easy within indoor venues, exhibition halls, retail spaces, and event environments. The cart is intended for smooth indoor surfaces and short-distance movement only. It is not designed for street transport or uneven outdoor terrain.

Optional carry cases are available for easier transportation and additional protection during storage or frequent event use.

Personalization and branding

All available print placement options are shown directly in the configurator. Choose where you want your print, upload your logo or artwork and see it live on the 3D model. Your logo or artwork is then printed directly on the product. Colours are also selected right in the configurator, either from a predefined palette or any shade you like using the colour picker, with every change previewed live.

The canopy is designed in the configurator too. Start by choosing its pattern: plain, printed in any colour you pick with the colour picker, striped, or fully custom with your own print. You can also add your logo or text to the front of the canopy, all previewed live.

Assembly

Assembly takes around 45 minutes and requires no tools. Step-by-step instructions are included.

Are assembly instructions included?
Yes. Every order comes with printed step-by-step instructions with drawings, plus a QR code linking to an animated video guide. If anything is unclear during assembly, email us and we will walk you through it.
Can one person assemble it, and how long does it take?
Yes, most models are designed to be assembled by one person. Assembly time depends on the model and is listed in the specifications on every product page, usually between 10 and 60 minutes. Your first time will take a little longer, so it is worth keeping that in mind.
Do I need tools to assemble it?
No. Most of our furniture assembles with wing nuts you tighten by hand. A few models need an Allen key, and it comes in the box.
Does it really fit in a regular car?
Yes. Every model packs down flat into separate panels, so the whole thing fits in the boot. No van, no trailer, no delivery crew needed.
Carry cases are available as an optional add-on and make loading, carrying and storing between events considerably easier. Each product page shows the exact packed dimensions, so you can check it against your own car before ordering.
How does personalization work with the 3D configurator?
Upload your logo directly in the configurator and you will see it applied to the model straight away. The same goes for colours and every other option, so you design the exact setup you want before placing the order. After purchase our designer confirms the details by email and sends a final mockup for approval.
What are the delivery and lead times?
Every product page shows a delivery estimate specific to that model, right under the buy button. The first date, Order Ready, is when your furniture leaves our workshop after production. The second date, Delivered, adds shipping time on top of that.
Both dates are calculated from real production times for that particular model and real shipping times to your country, so they are estimates you can plan around rather than generic placeholders.
What are the shipping costs in my country?
We offer free shipping above a set order value. You will find the exact threshold for your country in the top bar of the site and on the orange badge on every product page, so it is always visible while you shop.
